The epoxy is strong and durable but should be handled with care.

If it falls on a hard surface or hits a hard object, it may break.
*Keep away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration or softening of the resin. It is UV stable and resilient, but yellowing or color changes may occur if exposed to open sunlight for long periods of time. Don't get your resin piece extremely hot - it will become malleable - just let it cool to room temperature before using again.
*Not dishwasher safe. Never use abrasive detergents or harsh chemicals. Do not soak in water. Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish detergent and wipe with a soft cloth. For resin jewelry, you should remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, washing, and when using harsh chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, and cleaning solutions.
*The outer surface of the resin piece may take on a frozen appearance after washing. Simply wipe with a drop of oil to restore shine. Apply a thin layer with a hand or paper towel and gently clean with a non-abrasive cloth. For best results, use a plastic polish.
*Scratches in the resin are usually permanent. Harder metals, abrasives, and heavy or sharp objects can dig into the surface and scratch it.
