10-Day Voluntary Return Policy – Epoxy Resin Shop Switzerland

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Epoxy Resin Shop Switzerland.

For this reason, KIL Global Trading offers its customers a voluntary return period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the goods, provided the following conditions are met.

1. Return Period

You may request a return in writing within 10 calendar days of receiving your goods.

Return requests must be sent by email to info@epoxyresin-shop.ch or by post to:

The deadline is considered met if your written return request is sent before the end of the return period.

No reason for the return is required.

Where possible, please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

A voluntary return is possible if the following conditions are met:

• The goods are unused and undamaged.

• Products are in their complete original packaging.

• All accessories supplied with the products are included.

• Chemical products are unopened and retain their intact original seal.

• Goods have been stored and handled correctly.

• Products are in a condition suitable for resale.

3. Products Excluded from Returns

For reasons of safety, quality and product protection, the following items are excluded from our voluntary return policy:

• Opened epoxy resins and hardeners

• Opened UV resins

• Opened pigment pastes, colourants, inks and other liquid chemicals

• Products that have already been mixed or used

• Chemical products with opened or damaged packaging

• Products with damaged original seals

• Custom-made products or items specially ordered for a customer

• Products affected by improper storage or use

Once chemical products have been opened, their original quality, purity and storage conditions can no longer be reliably verified. Therefore, voluntary returns of such products are excluded.

Statutory warranty rights in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries remain expressly unaffected.

4. Returning Goods

Please contact us at info@epoxyresin-shop.ch before returning any products.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide the necessary return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Goods must be returned within 10 calendar days of submitting the return request.

Please ensure that all products are packed securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transport.

For voluntary returns, return shipping costs and transport risks are borne by the customer.

We are not obliged to accept returns sent with postage or shipping charges payable by the recipient.

Important information regarding chemical products: Damaged, leaking or unsealed containers must not be returned without prior consultation. In such cases, please contact us first so that we can determine the appropriate procedure and arrange safe transport.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will check whether the conditions for a voluntary return have been met.

If the return meets our requirements, the eligible purchase price will be refunded within 30 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Where possible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are generally not refunded for voluntary returns.

6. Damaged or Used Products

If returned products are damaged, used, incomplete or no longer suitable for resale, we may refuse the voluntary return.

Where a return involving a reduction in value has been expressly accepted, we reserve the right to take appropriate compensation for the reduction in value into account.

This provision does not apply to justified complaints concerning defective products.

7. Complaints and Defective Products

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem.

Where possible, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Photographs of the product concerned

• The batch number, if applicable

For complaints involving epoxy resins or UV resins that have already been used, additional information may be required, particularly regarding the mixing ratio, processing temperature, substrate and application conditions.

This information helps us assess the possible causes of the problem.

Where a complaint is justified, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty provisions.

Necessary return shipping costs associated with a confirmed justified complaint will be covered by KIL Global Trading or managed through an appropriate return arrangement.

8. Incorrect Use and Processing

Our epoxy resins, UV resins and other chemical products must be used in accordance with the relevant product descriptions and processing instructions.

Unsatisfactory processing results demonstrably caused by improper use, incorrect mixing ratios, unsuitable substrates, improper storage or failure to follow the processing instructions do not, in themselves, entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.

Rights arising from genuinely defective products or incorrect product information remain expressly unaffected.
