Our Epoxy Floor Coat roll-on system is a high-performance 2-component epoxy resin coating designed to deliver an exceptionally durable, robust, and long-lasting floor finish.
It is ideal for heavy-duty surfaces such as garages, workshops, storage rooms, and industrial floors.
This system provides outstanding resistance to water, chemicals, stains, as well as impact and abrasion damage.

When combined with our Epoxy Floor Coat Primer, which acts as an optimal bonding layer for all mineral substrates, it ensures perfect adhesion and long-term sealing.
This epoxy floor coating effectively protects against moisture, wear, and provides excellent surface insulation. It seals screed, covers concrete paint, and creates a permanent, resilient surface.

Use approx. 3% pigment paste (150 g pigment paste for 5 kg of epoxy resin).
Coverage: 5 kg = approx. 25 m² (3.75 kg resin + 1.25 kg hardener).

If you notice that the resin component is white and flaky, it is crystallized resin.

Epoxy resin crystallization is a physical process caused by external factors such as cold or temperature fluctuations. It is completely reversible and similar to the freezing of water. The main causes are:

1. Temperatures too low : During storage or transport, crystals may form at temperatures below 15 °C.

2. Temperature fluctuations : The formation of crystals is promoted by regular changes between warm and cold.
High resin purity: Epoxy resin with high purity is more prone to crystallization.
3. Low viscosity : Resins with a low viscosity tend to form crystals.

This reaction occurs at extremely low temperatures and can be reversed by a water bath (about 60 minutes/50 °C).
Simply place the sealed resin container in the water bath. Then let the resin cool back to normal room temperature.
