For larger quantities, the processing time and curing time are shorter!

If you have little experience, we recommend not processing the maximum amount at once.

If you still wish to do this, work at 18°C with a large diameter mixing bucket and allow for a very short processing time!

Important: The higher the room temperature (>21 °C) and the larger the casting volume, the lower the casting height should be. Epoxy resin reacts faster, especially in summer, which can lead to undesirable results.

With large quantities, such as 30 kg, overreactions can occur despite reduced layer thickness. We therefore recommend pouring in two layers or using a resin system designed for greater layer thicknesses.

Note: Temperature, pouring volume and layer height are crucial for best results.

Ensure the surface is dense and non-porous. This can cause air bubbles in the epoxy resin. Use a thin layer of epoxy or primer to achieve this.

Always wear protective gloves and safety glasses when handling this material. Process the resin at room temperature (18–25°C) and a relative humidity of less than 70%. To prevent surface deformation, the temperature must remain constant throughout the entire curing process. Also, avoid direct sunlight through a window and avoid drafts.

Mix components A and B in the correct ratio (A : B = 100 : 33 by weight) and mix thoroughly. Allow sufficient time for mixing (2-3 minutes) and ensure that the corners and bottom of the mixing bowl are included. Optionally, you can pour the mixture into a second bowl and mix again. Now add all the color effects and stir once more. Allow air bubbles to escape for one minute. If necessary, assist by vibrating/rattling the bowl. Ensure the product does not overheat!


The epoxy resin is now ready to use. Apply the mixture with a brush/roller or pour it in a thin stream into the desired mold or prepared model.


Note that for larger quantities, you should use a mixing bowl with a wide base. Avoid a thick layer of ingredients in the mixing bowl, as this will heat up very quickly!

Removing air bubbles works best with an epoxy deaerator or a flame. Please do not use a flame if you have thinned the epoxy resin with alcohol or other flammable products.


If you want to apply the resin in several layers (multi-layer work):

Wet on wet:

When pouring a second layer of liquid into a first layer of epoxy, you must ensure that the exothermic reaction has completely run its course. An exothermic reaction is a reaction that releases energy, in this case, heat.
If you want to be sure, wait until the second layer is no longer sticky, but you can still see a fingerprint in the epoxy.

Wet on dry:

The previous layer must be sanded and made free of dust and grease.

• Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
• Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray.
• Avoid release into the environment.
• IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
• IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
• Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Wash skin thoroughly after use.

If you notice that the resin component is white and flaky, it is crystallized resin.

The crystallization of epoxy resin is a physical process triggered by external factors such as cold or temperature fluctuations. It is completely reversible and similar to the freezing of water. The main causes are:

1. Temperatures that are too low : Crystals can form during storage or transport at temperatures below 15 °C.

2. Temperature fluctuations : The formation of crystals is promoted by regular changes between warm and cold.
High resin purity: Epoxy resin with high purity is more prone to crystallization.
3. Low viscosity : Resins with a low viscosity tend to form crystals more readily.

This reaction occurs at extremely low temperatures and can be reversed by a water bath (approximately 60 minutes/50 °C).

Simply place the sealed resin container in a water bath. Then allow the resin to cool back down to normal room temperature.
