 Application:
 Mixing resin:
 Prepare your epoxy or UV resin as usual according to the manufacturer's instructions (for epoxy resin, mix both components well).
 Add crackle flakes:
 Give the cracks either:
 directly into the liquid resin
 or sprinkle it onto the cast resin surface while it is still liquid.
 Distribute creatively:
 Use a toothpick, wooden spatula, or silicone brush to place the shards evenly or deliberately irregularly , depending on the desired effect (e.g. ice crystal look or broken glass texture).
 Allow to harden:
 Epoxy resin: allow to cure completely according to the instructions (usually 24–48 hours).
 UV resin: cure under UV light (lamp or sunlight, depending on the product).
 (Optional) :
 For an extra smooth finish, you can pour a clear top coat of resin over the cracks once they are set.
