UV Resin Hard – Black
1. Prepare your workspace
Work on a clean, dry, and level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation and wear suitable protective gloves and safety glasses.
2. Apply UV resin
Pour the ready-to-use black UV resin directly into a suitable flat silicone mold, jewelry setting, or onto the prepared surface.
3. Design creatively
Add suitable glitter particles or decorative elements as desired. Avoid excessive additional pigmentation, as this can hinder UV curing.
4. Cure in thin layers
Black pigments can significantly reduce the penetration depth of UV light. Therefore, apply the resin in thin layers whenever possible and cure each layer completely.
Use a suitable UV/LED lamp and, if necessary, additionally expose from the back, provided the shape allows UV light to pass through.
5. Check for complete curing
Ensure that not only the surface but also the interior is completely cured. A hard surface alone does not guarantee complete curing. Avoid thick, opaque castings.
