UV resin hard – white
1. Prepare your workspace
Work on a clean, dry, and level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation and wear suitable protective gloves and safety glasses.
2. Apply UV resin
Pour the ready-to-use white UV resin into a suitable flat silicone mold, jewelry setting, or onto the prepared surface.
3. Design creatively
Add suitable glitter particles or decorative elements as desired. Be aware that additives and embedded elements can affect UV curing.
4. Cure in thin layers
Since white pigments can reduce UV light penetration, it is recommended to apply them in the thinnest possible layers.
Fully cure each layer under a suitable UV/LED lamp. If necessary, additionally expose from the back.
5. Check hardening
Ensure that not only the surface but also the interior of the resin is completely cured. Especially with opaque colors, the material thickness should be kept to a minimum.
