Application:

  
    Wire selection: Choose a suitable metal wire that is flexible enough to be moulded but strong enough to retain its shape.
  
    Cleaning: Remove grease or dirt from the wire to improve the adhesion of the resin.
  
    Shaping: Use pliers to bend the wire into the desired shape, e.g. petals or other artistic figures. Make sure the wire ends are well secured.
  
    Assembly: If the design contains several parts, join them together before dipping into the resin. Use extra wire or solder the parts for a stable structure.
  
    Immersion: Carefully dip the moulded wire structure into the UV DIP resin until it is completely covered.
  
    Curing: Cure the dipped mould under a UV lamp for 1-2 minutes.
