König Holz & Harz Hard Oil+
Ideal for anyone who wants to create a high gloss and protection on their surfaces without having to additionally oil or wax the work piece, object or floor.
The König Holz Harz Hardwax Oil+ is also includedUV-resistant.
Suitable for turners, carpenters and carpenters or even floor layers, whether in the hobby or professional sector.
After application, the König Holz & Harz Hardwax Oil + penetrates deep into the wood pores and solidifies them when hardening.
The wax forms an elastic, dirt- and water-repellent surface layer that is insensitive to light scratches and does not flake off.
The wood remains open to diffusion and retains its natural properties.
It is easy to apply and process.
Damaged areas can easily be repaired.
If the surface has been prepared appropriately, a shiny finish can be achieved with the hard oil+ through the frictional heat on the lathe.
Danger:
The Hartsöl+ is not intended for plates or bowls intended for food.
There is a possibility that the wax will be absorbed through food and leaking liquids will leave stains on the wood.
It is also not intended for outdoor use.

It is ideal for bowls, drinking vessels, chopping boards and other items.

Texture of the wood:
Shake the container well before use.
• The wood should be dry for processing, ie have a moisture content of 10-15%
• Hardwoods are ideal, but softwoods are also possible
• The subsurface should be untreated, preparatory work with König Holz resin grinding paste is possible
• The surface should be sanded to 400 grit
• Sanding dust should be removed prior to application
Apply Hardwax Oil by hand to tables, worktops or similar:
Prepare the wood as described in "Consistency of the wood".
Then clean the wood from the sanding dust using a vacuum cleaner or a brush. Then apply the oil with spatula.
After about 5 minutes you can remove the excess.
After 24 hours you can repeat the step and/or polish the oil with a light soft cloth applying light pressure.
Application on the lathe:
When your workpiece has been prepared accordingly, apply some hard wax oil using a lint-free cloth at room temperature and with the machine stationary.
The oil is economical, so use a little less oil to be on the safe side.
After 5 minutes you can wipe off the excess with a cloth.
After 24 hours you can repeat the process if necessary.
The Hard Oil+ can be polished up 24 hours after the first application.
